We, the undersigned, do hereby call for the strengthening of Federal Low Speed Vehicle legislation and the adoption of Provincial on-road regulations for Low Speed Vehicles to facilitate and encourage their use in Canada. Low Speed Electric Vehicles will dramatically reduce urban congestion and pollution, help us meet the Kyoto Protocol and are a vital part of Canada’s transportation mix.
